Well my computer crashed so I am writing my blog on my iPod touch. Due to the delay in my blogging I have had to reread parts of the book, which I didn't enjoy in the least bit. after reading the second part of On Writing I found one part extremely important and so I hav decided to focus my blog on that part and explain what I felt about it. On page 104 young Stevie is puzzled about why his Uncle Oren carries Fazza's toolbox around the house to only use 1 tool. When little Stevie ask his uncle oren why he carried the whole box just to use one little screwdriver uncle Oren said something that made the entire book in my eyes. "Yeah, but Stevie; I didn't know what else I might find to do once I got out here did I? It's best to have your tools with you. If you don't, your apt to find something you didn't expect and get discouraged.". This quote really sticks out to me because I- like Stevie- never thought of it like that. Now that I understand the reason for having all my tools I can better equip myself when preparing to write. To me that was one of the most important things in the second 100 pages we were assigned to read.

  1. Good quote! and I think you are much better writer than you give yourself credit. :)
